Delete your ExportFlow account
You can delete your ExportFlow workspace and everything in it yourself, in about thirty seconds, without asking anyone. This page explains how, what goes, and what does not.
There is no recovery window and no archived copy. When the deletion returns, the data is gone. If you only want to stop using ExportFlow for a while, sign out instead — that leaves everything on the server and erases the local copy on your phone.
In the Android app
- Open ExportFlow and go to the Account tab.
- Scroll to Deleting your account and tap Delete this workspace.
- Read what goes, type your organisation’s name in the box, and tap Delete this workspace permanently.
In the web application
- Sign in and open Account.
- Under Delete this workspace, type your organisation’s name in the box and press Delete this workspace permanently.
If you cannot sign in
Write to privacy@meertech.tech from the email address on the account, telling us the organisation name. We will confirm it is you, delete the workspace, and write back when it is done. If you have lost access to that address, say so and we will find another way to establish who you are — we will not delete a workspace on the say-so of someone we cannot identify.
This route exists for people who have uninstalled the app or lost the device. It is the same deletion; only the way you ask is different.
What is deleted
Everything belonging to the workspace, in one operation:
- the organisation and every member of it, including you
- every shipment and everything recorded against it
- every document you uploaded or photographed — the files themselves, removed from storage, not merely the rows that named them
- every field read from those documents and every value you confirmed
- every verification run, its findings and its coverage declaration
- every compliance assessment, its findings and the evidence they rest on
- every preflight plan
- every sign-in token, which stops working immediately
- the audit trail of what was checked and when
The local copy on your phone goes with it: the app signs itself out and destroys the encryption key for its on-device store, which makes any surviving copy of that file unreadable.
What is not deleted
- Anything you exported. A report you downloaded, printed or emailed is yours and is wherever you put it. We cannot reach it.
- Our ordinary server logs, which record that requests happened and from where. They are kept briefly for security and operational reasons and do not contain your documents.
- Records we are required to keep by law, if any apply. Write to us if you want to know whether anything in your case does.
- The regulatory corpus. The published requirements ExportFlow checks against are not yours and are not affected.
If you are not the owner
Only an owner can delete a workspace, because deleting it removes it for everybody in it. If you are a member rather than an owner, ask an owner of your organisation — the app will tell you so if you try. If you want only your own membership removed, write to privacy@meertech.tech.
